How Does It Work?
"Booth To You" is a Photo Booth rental service that ships Photo Booths to clients Nationwide. We are based out of Chicago, IL but ship to the lower 48 states for free! Our team has had years of experience in the Photo Booth industry, working with all types of clients in many environments. Our Photo Booths are top quality and look amazing! Setting up in as little as 5 minutes, the Booth is a popular choice for all events!
What Happens Once I Book?
Once you complete your booking, our team will reach out to confirm. We then design a custom Photo Booth template (approved by you), create a custom start screen/ choose your backdrop (applicable to select packages), and then ship the booth to you! The booth arrives 2-3 days before your event. You will have access to our instructional videos to learn about the booth, but trust us.... this is the easiest Photo Booth experience you'll have!
How Do I Set The Booth Up?
Our Photo Booths are one of the easiest in the industry to setup! There are four components; The Base, Bottom Column, Top Column, & Head. All four components attach to each other by two simple clamps on each part. Plug the booth in, turn on the LED light and your Photo Booth is operational! Once you are ready to start your event, simply enter the Photo Booth event code provided to you and click start booth! All of our Booths have cellular internet built in for no additional cost, but you can always connect the Booth to WiFi for a more stable connection.
What If I Run Into Trouble?
Our Photo Booths are extremely user friendly. If you run into any questions or problems, our team is available 24/7 to help! We have the ability to remotely login and see the Photo Booth screen. Once you book, you will have access to tutorial videos on setup, tear down, how to start the booth and how to access Photos. Our team is always available by Phone, Email or Webchat! We do monitor events throughout the night to ensure that everything is working as expected, but we are one phone call away if you need anything (even if it is to tell us how amazing the Booth is)!
How Do I Return The Booth?
We will include a prepaid return shipping label with the Photo Booth. Pack the Booth back up in the case and pack the case into the shipping box it came with. Attach the new shipping label and drop it off at the appropriate shipping store. Once we receive the Booth back, all photos will be uploaded onto an online gallery and sent to you for easy sharing with guests!
What Features Does The Booth Have?
Our Photo Booths have the ability to take Photos, GIFS & Boomerangs! All creations are sent directly to your guests cell phones or emails for easy sharing and saving. Themed Digital Props are loaded directly into the booth for a fun and modern prom experience.
